At MudassirRDPVPS, we provide digital RDP and VPS services. Since our services are delivered electronically, no physical products are shipped to customers.

This Service Delivery Policy explains how our RDP and VPS services are processed, activated, and delivered.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All RDP and VPS services offered by MudassirRDPVPS are digital services.

After successful payment and order verification, the purchased service is prepared and activated electronically.

Customers do not receive any physical product, package, or shipment.

2. Order Processing

After an order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, we process the order for service activation.

Orders may be subject to payment verification or additional security checks before activation.

The customer may be contacted if additional information or verification is required.

3. Service Activation

Once the order has been successfully processed, the RDP/VPS service will be activated and the required access information will be provided to the customer.

Depending on the selected service and availability, activation may be completed shortly after payment confirmation.

In some cases, activation may take additional time due to manual verification, server availability, technical maintenance, or other operational requirements.

4. Delivery of Login Details

RDP/VPS access details may be provided through the email address or other contact method associated with the customer’s order.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that they can receive our service-related communications.

Customers should keep their login credentials confidential and should not share them with unauthorized individuals.

5. Failed or Delayed Activation

If a service cannot be activated within a reasonable period because of an issue on our side, customers should contact our support team.

We will investigate the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Resolving the technical issue

• Providing an alternative available server

• Re-provisioning the service

• Providing another appropriate solution

• Processing an eligible refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of our RDP/VPS services.

However, service availability may occasionally be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Emergency maintenance

• Hardware failure

• Network problems

• Data-center issues

• Software or operating-system issues

• Security incidents

• Third-party infrastructure problems

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services as soon as practicable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate order and contact information

• Keeping login credentials secure

• Using the service in accordance with our Terms & Conditions

• Using the service only for lawful activities

• Maintaining backups of important data

• Maintaining appropriate security for software and applications installed on their server

8. No Physical Shipping

MudassirRDPVPS does not ship physical products.

All services are delivered electronically through digital activation and service credentials.

Therefore, physical shipping charges, delivery addresses, courier services, and shipping tracking do not apply to our RDP/VPS services.

If you experience a problem accessing or using your RDP/VPS service, please contact our support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate service-related issues and provide appropriate technical assistance.
